La Vergne, TN (August 26, 2026) – On Tuesday, August 25, the Rutherford County Fire  and emergency services rushed to the scene of a two-vehicle crash on Waldron Road and Bain Drive in La Vergne. 

According to authorities, the wreck happened around 1:09 p.m. and the vehicles involved included a van and another vehicle.

Emergency units found all patients accessible at the intersection and began providing first aid to those involved. The full extent of the injuries has not been disclosed yet. 

It is not clear how the two vehicles ended up involved in the collision. Authorities continue to actively investigate.
